من أهم النقاط التي نوقشت في الجمع العام للنقابة الكونفدرالية للشغل في يوم 2-2-2008
1- تفعيل المطالب العاملين بالقطاع السمعي البصري
2- شراكة بين النقابات الوطنية العربية والدولية
3- إبلاغ الغرفتين التشريعيتين بالمطالب النقابية
4- دور المجلس الأعلى للسمعي البصري في تطبيق الاتفاقيات المبرمة مع الإدارة
5- تفعيل ملفات الترقية
6- محاربة الشطط في استعمال السلطة والتذكير بالعهد الجديد وسياسة القرب للعامل علما أن الهاجس الأمني قد أعاد منهجيته من جديد
7- مواجهة لغة الخشب التي تمارسها الإدارة وبالتالي القضاء على الترويج لبعض الأفكار المسمومة في الكواليس مثلا عدم الثقة في النقابات
والتحريض لاستعمال عقلية المؤامرة
9- الزيادة في الأجور والحق في التعويض والساعات الإضافية
10- إقصاء مجموعة كبيرة من الطاقات التقنية والصحفية حيث أن المسؤولين مجبرون بتشغيل العاملين والعاملات علما أن فرص الشغل قد منحت للشركات الحرة والأجنبية لكن بدون نتيجة ايجابية

The SNRT employees of Media have renowned the CDT bureau adding three new members, CDT the largest media union with 2,000 members who work in radio, television in all region of Morocco, has decided to utilize its resources to create a strong collective voice for media employees and people from communication professionals — to improve their income, benefits and working conditions by crying out their rights. CDT official bureau has promised the employees another manifestation very soon as long as rights of work are not well respected by SNRT administration.
We believe that uniting everyone who works in SNRT media — employee or journalist — will be good for everyone. In addition, the development of media sector, in which people can earn a decent living, will allow more viewpoints to be expressed, energizing our so called " democracy ".
