It is known around parlamentary halls especially the second chamber that Achetatbi Mustapha is fighting for a better media in Morocco,because he considers that the image either the one that comes from television or cinema becomes a symbol of union via socio-cultural and political messages in this century.
Mustapha is born in Rabat and is well aware of this advantages and disadvantages of his town named Rabat .The crew of Al Madinate Al Oum has met him in order to talk about the role of the intellectual towars his city .
