Snrt schedules a debate of televized drama in January

The director with his script and imagination and the actor with his tone ; intonation ,the technician with his tools ready to reveal magical meanings to viewers fitting the word to the action and the action to the word as Shakespeare adivises his players in Hamlet “suit the action to the word, the word to the action;”

Of course the nature of Moroccan drama is different than the one in England .This is about Moroccan drama in television in Morocco, Drama in television has known some interesting shifts from worse to the best knowing for example Snrt produces 10 short films and about 6 or 8 long featured films per year .That is quite interesting and amazing ."Cahiers des charges" (see also Haca) is online to listen and to produce present and future productions in good quality and quantity. However, if one talks about Moroccan drama, one refers immediately to Ramadan productions which is something funny and controversial .Therefore; this matter can be debated within halls of productios with sincere thoughts and fdelity.Moroccan televised drama should be in progress and present anytime of the year not specifically in Ramadan.

From this context, Snrt along with Mohammed 5 theatre are organising a night of drama works belonging to young directors ; Al Oula .The night will be crowned with an intellectual debate about drama in television and its progress .This debate will be discussed by SNRT directors, journalists and film critics already animated by Idrissi Drissi whose short film will also be on program. The short films of the night in theatre are as follows:

La SNRT s’engage à présenter quelques nouveaux réalisateurs et réalisatrices justement pour promouvoir le travail audio-visuel de la chaîne nationale .Elle semble ouvrir ; comme il le fait ,le « webdocumentaire » des nouvelles options qui permettraient de rafraîchir la conception et del’écriture audio-visuel.Ces réalisateurs ont déjà acquis une expérience technique et un background artistique et sont prêt à s’informer sur les méthodes de la réalisation tell que la Magazine et aussi la technique du Vidéo Switcher .

Ces réalisateurs seront formé par Jean-Claude mocik; déjà réalisateur rythmicien et pionnier de l’art vidéo en France .Jean- Claude crée justement un atelier de recherche qui porterait sur le traitement de l’information en télévision.Jean Claude ; avec élèves de la SNRT pousse avec sa technique de concepteur de créer via le brainstorming des méthodes pour avoir une pureté de réaliser un travail artistique .il s’intéresse à l’image et son pouvoir d’avoir une influence sur l’imagination du téléspectateur.

Jean- Claude continue à séduire ces élèves pour proposer non seulement de l’audace ; de l’insolite mais aussi de ressourcer les contenus dans toutes les directions possibles. « Il s’agit ; tout d’abord ; de renouveler réellement les contenus, les formes et les traitement de nos programmes de télévision comme des médias numériques.

أولاد الشمس شريط سينمائي سلسلة أفكاره فريدة من نوعها تعكس حياة الطفولة المغربية مابعد الإستعمار

الأجنبي في الفترة التي عرف فيها المغرب سنوات الرصاص يحكي هذا الشريط قصة حب في قرية صغيرة وهي تعرف لأول مرة دخول قافلة سينمائية وذلك لعرض شريط سينمائي وقد تم في هذا الشان اختيار منزل الحاج عمر نظرا لفضاءه الواسع بالإضافة إلى توفره جانب جمالي مميز إلا أن عمر بعقلية المٍؤامرة الذي يتحلي بها, رفض عرض هذا الشريط على واجهة منزله مبررا قراره بأن السينما قد تجلب لمنزله المتاعب والهموم . اشتاطت طفولة القرية غضبا لقرار عمر خاصة شخصية علي وحورية وهما شخصيتان محوريتان في هذا الشريط حيث قررا معا أن يواجها بمساعدة أطفال القرية، الحاج عمر وأفكاره البالية التي تعكس شخصية متحجرة تنم عن جهل عميق و سلطة آلية للزوال.

Synopsis of Babel

The tragic aftermath of human carelessness travels around the world in this multi-narrative drama from filmmaker Alejandro González Iñárritu. Richard (Brad Pitt) and Susan (Cate Blanchett) are a couple from the United States who have traveled to Morocco in Northern Africa on a vacation after the death of one of their children has sent Susan into a deep depression. Richard and Susan's other two children have been left in the care of Amelia (Adriana Barraza), their housekeeper. Amelia is originally from Mexico, and her oldest son is getting married in Tijuana. Unable to find someone who can watch the kids, or to obtain permission to take the day off, Amelia takes the children with her as she travels across the border for the celebration.

Around the same time, in Morocco a poor farmer ( Mustapha Rashidi ) buys a hunting rifle, and he gives it to his sons to scare off the predatory animals that have been thinning out their goat herd. The boys decide to test the weapon's range by shooting at a bus far away; the shot hits Susan in the shoulder, and soon she's bleeding severely, while police are convinced the attack is the work of terrorists. In Japan, Chieko (Rinko Kikuchi) is a teenage deaf-mute whose mother recently committed suicide. This despairing, confused girl experiences such rage and frustration that she causes her volleyball team to lose a match, and later yanks her underwear off and begins exposing herself to boys in a crowded restaurant. Chieko's father then struggles to reach past the emotional distance which separates him and his daughter. Babel earned Alejandro González Iñárritu the prize for Best Director at the 2006 Cannes Film Festival.

Hicham El Ouali’s visions on Moroccan cinema.

Hisham is fond of theatre bu the sees in Morocco somme brilliant beam of true continuity.He has a part in Allal El Alaoui’s Oualed Achams which he deeply appreciates his style of work.


"I'm optimistic, I believe deeply that Moroccan cinema will grow and he will see more success in the years to come. The industry keeps moving despite its glitches. It is currently 15 productions a year, which is good for us. "Hassan told us enthusiastically. Moroccan cinema and could not manage to stand out without the players who show great talent. They are among the veterans of the scene or young talents, some of our actors bring with them the great responsibility which is to provide a boost to the film and help develop this sector. Hisham tells us about the relationship between the new and the old generation "The major players are the basis for us. They are the ones who fought to establish the first "laws" of this area. When we started, everything was already prepared with them. They had to fight to achieve what they have. We try to keep in touch with them and learn as much from them.



Hicham is on all fronts and is actively working. Tell us about your new products? There are plenty indeed. For movies, I am currently preparing a feature film with Mohamed Kaghat (to whom we owe the fantasy series "The other dimension"). I also play in the téléfillm "Beach Boys" of Reggab Younis and in "Riad al-Maati" Driss Drissi. Side of the theater, we go on the tour of the play "Dar Al Ghalia" of Abdessamad Dinia. In addition, I soon began filming a new series signed Hassan El Joundi.

You're now in cinema, theatre and television (films and animations) ... What is the artistic genre you love most?

I love them all with the same degree because I do it with love and passion. In fact, I am involved body, heart and soul into everything I do: film, television, theater or even animation. But if I must make a choice when two jobs available to me, I prefer the theatre. Is not the father of the arts? I love the theatre and I think it is essential for an actor. I always renew the link with the boards, direct contact with the public and the emotions that it brings are unique to theatre. This said, cinema and television magic us into people's homes, it becomes another family member.


In addition to the small and big screens and theatre, Hicham El Ouali is a regular radio novels or radio series. Tell us about that experience?



In fact, I'm addicted to the radio series, I try to do regularly. Let's say that on average two a year I'm in my schedule. This kind, even if it seems outdated, has its audience. I meet people who listen to me and even follow me into the radio, especially my family and my neighbors. It's surprising that people recognize the voice without a face, it's another way of playing and it's especially rewarding experience as the casting is often a mix between the older generation, young and new players confirmed talents as students ISADAC.


I hope the young audience will focus. Is it easy for you to impose your style while knowing that you are the brother of a certain Rachid El Ouali?


Let me tell you it is not easy at first to trace its path in this field. It takes hard work, patience and perseverance to make his name and win the trust and respect of the public. Since I started, you can not stop comparing myself with Rashid. But what people are struggling to understand is that we are very different from one another. Personally, I try to see through the choice of roles, I often played the villain, the villain of the story, I played a "rapist", a drug dealer ... while Rachid embodies the kind of roles , good ... each of us has his style, his charisma.

What is the role that you dream of playing?

There is not one but many. Of all the characters I played, I preferred the one in "Abderrahman Belmajdoub. I like historical films. And if I ever get the chance to portray a historical figure, I will like it either Abdelkrim Khattabi.

why not ... You are at the origin of the short film festival in Rabat. Tell us about this festival?


It is a festival held at the Institute of Applied Engineering in Rabat, he is already in its seventh edition. This event is a new way to bring the public closer to the movies, especially the genre of short film which is not widely promoted among the wider public. During one week, the public is led to see short films, meet filmmakers and actors and pay tribute to a great artist. What characterizes this festival is that students and young people involved in everything from site preparation, scheduling, logistics, entertainment .. It is good that young people are introduced to the management of cultural thing.

La diversité n’est pas entre les cultures mais inhérente à l’idée même de culture, et donc constitutive des cultures (Unesco).

Ce qui nous rassemble nous permet de vivre ensemble, ce qui nous différencie nous permet d’exprimer notre singularité, notre particularité. L’enjeu de la diversité culturelle est pour le Maroc un sujet majeur notamment si, ainsi que le préconise Abdellatif Laabi dans son « Pacte National », la culture doit être mise au centre de notre projet de société.

Pays dont l’identité est Une mais riche de sa Diversité il est légitime pour le Maroc d’en mesurer les enjeux, intérieurs et illustrés par l’émergence de nouvelles formes de cultures et de nouveaux acteurs mais aussi extérieurs et portés notamment par notre diaspora.

Patrimoine de notre histoire, la diversité culturelle sera le sujet dont traiterons des acteurs majeurs de notre paysage national et international qui nous aideront par leur vision, leurs analyses mais aussi leurs propositions à cerner les défis qui se posent à nous.

“Maroc destination” is a film documentary produced by France 5 and SNRT.This film talks about how Morocco becomes a modern country that is surely going toward progress but in soft motion .Moroccans will have the privilege to watch this film in which French and Morocco work together hoping to please Moroccan TV –goers that will enjoy to see mytical cities like Tangiers ,Essaouira,Fes Rabat and Casablanca .This film is directed by Xavier Lefebvre and Denis Dommel . There is a remarkable participation of two SNRT technicians; Allal El Alaoui and Taib Rguib who have shown interesting work.

Mohammed Ben Brahim in Aouled Achams by Allal El Alaoui

Hanane Ibrahimi is part of the new generation of young actors and actresses in Morocco. For her talent and beauty, the artist has managed to assert itself on the art of scene.Hanane has a soft voice,a strong personality . She certainly trudges along with patience and care .She has recently been called by Allal El Alaoui to play a mother in his short film called “Aouled Achamas” produced by SNRT and Toutou production spearhead by Larabi Toutu.

Cinema-goers around the world feel good these days as far as Hollywood movies are concerned especially if we talk about The Book Of Eli .Of, course ,many people agree this movies, written Gary Whitta is not only a tremendous success for the screenwriter himself,but it is to the system of studios ,that is obviously Hollywood.


No doubt , Denzel Washington is a brilliant actor, also a producer and too much ink has been poured about his talent as an actor .But what concerns us is Gary Whitta.His journalistic background his passion to video games his devotion to cinema writing all these elements reflect the good work of realization of his movies .In the Book Of Eli ;battle scenes are well mastered by 3D computer tricks and cinematography is well fabricated; all scenes are shot in New Mexico reflecting a nice etalonage ; almost colored black and white suggesting very hellish heat .I advise all cinema goers to go to see the Book Of Eli starring Denzel Washington ,directed by The Hughes brothers and written Gary Whitta.

كانت فقرة التكريمات من بين الأنشطة المهمة التي شهدتها الدورة السادسة عشرة للمهرجان الدولي لسينما المؤلف بالرباط و التي استقطبت جمهورا غفيرا ملأ كل مقاعد قاعة الفن السابع بل إن البعض منه لم يجد مكانا للجلوس خصوصا في حفل تكريم المخرج و المنتج و السيناريست المغربي عبد الله المصباحي الذي حضرته زوجته و ابنته المخرجة و الموزعة و المنتجة إيمان المصباحي، و حضره البعض من كبار الفنانين ببلادنا من مختلف الميادين من بينهم الفنان عبد الوهاب الدكالي، و الممثل المقتدر حميدو بنمسعود، و الفنانة الكبيرة حبيبة المذكوري و عدد كبير من الفنانين و السينمائيين الذين اشتغلوا معه في مختلف أفلامه مثل محمد عبد الكريم الدرقاوي و عبد الله الزروالي و غيرهم. سبق لعبد الله المصباحي أن كرم بالخارج و لم يكرم أبدا ببلده ، و هي المرة الأولى التي يكرم فيها بالمغرب بعد نصف قرن من العمل و العطاء في الميدان السينمائي علما بأن سينمائيين آخرين أقل جدارة بالتكريم منه تم تكريمهم عدة مرات في مختلف المهرجانات و الملتقيات الكبيرة و الصغيرة، وهي التفاتة متفردة و نبيلة و منصفة تحسب لحساب منظمي هذه الدورة لمهرجان سينما المؤلف بالرباط و التي صرح لي في شأنها بأنه يعتبرها بمثابة بداية فك حصار التهميش و الإقصاء و التناسي و النكران الذي كانا مضروبا عليه من طرف منظمي التظاهرات السينمائية ببلادنا، و من بعض وسائل الإعلام المرئية و المسموعة و المكتوبة أيضا مما جعل الكثير من المواطنين لا يعرفونه، و لا يعرفون أي شيء عن الإنجازات التي حققها خلال الخمسين سنة الماضية، و التي لا يكفي الحيز المخصص لهذا العمود لذكرها كلها ، و هي إنجازات في السينما و المسرح و الصحافة والتلفزيون (أفلام و مسلسلات و برامج)، و إنجازات أخرى موازية لها. يعتبر المخرج و السيناريست و المنتج عبد الله المصباحي من رواد السينما المغربية ، فقد تخرج سنة 1956 من المدرسة العليا للدراسات السينمائية بباريز و هو في سن العشرين، و اشتغل إلى جانب المسرحي الفرنسي المشهور جان فيلار في فرقة المسرح الوطني الفرنسي، و كان من بين أعضاء لجنة التحكيم لمهرجان برلين الألماني مع المخرج الأمريكي الكبير كينغ بيدور، و رئيسا للإتحاد السينمائي العربي بالقاهرة، و مديرا لمركز التعاون العربي الدولي في الميدان الثقافي بدبي، و عضوا في الأمانة العامة الدائمة لرابطة العالم الإسلامي بمكة، و رئيسا لمصلحة السينما و رئيسا للجنة رقابة الأفلام بوزارة الأنباء، و مديرا بالنيابة للمركز السينمائي المغربي في بداية الستينات. أنجز عبد الله المصباحي 21 فيلما طويلا من بينها "أحبائي الأعزاء"، "أين تخبئون الشمس؟" ، "سأكتب إسمك على الرمال"، "طارق ابن زياد"، "أفغانستان الله و أعداءه"، "أرض التحدي"، "غدا لن تتبدل الأرض"، "الصمت اتجاه ممنوع" و غيرها من الأفلام التي تجاوزت حدود المغرب و شاركت في إنتاجها عدة بلدان عربية و إسلامية من بينها مصر ، ليبيا ، تونس، الإمارات العربية، العربية السعودية و الكويت. كان عبد الله المصباحي صديقا لجل المخرجين المصريين عامة، و كانت له صداقة أكثر حميمية مع المخرج الكبير الراحل يوسف شاهين الذي أعاره طاقمه التقني بكامله لإنجاز أفلام "أين تخبئون الشمس" و "أفغانستان الله و أعداءه" و "سأكتب إسمك على المال"، و قد جمع في أفلامه بين عدد كبير من ألمع النجوم العرب المغاربة ( عبد الوهاب الدكالي، عبد الهادي بلخياط، عبد اللطيف هلال، محمد حسن الجندي، حبيبة المذكوري، أمينة رشيد...) و المشارقة من بينهم سعاد حسني. نادية لطفي، مريم فخر الدين، أمينة رزق، نور الشريف، عادل أدهم، عبد الله غيت، محمود المليجي، عزت العلايلي، و وظف في أفلامه أيضا نجوما عالميين مثل الممثل الإيطالي جيليانو جيما و الممثلة الكبيرة إيرين باباس والممثل المشهور مارسيل بوزوفي. و قد تنوعت مواضيع أفلامه مع اهتمام خاص بالقضايا الوطنية و الإسلامية و قضية فلسطين و جرائم الاحتلال الإسرائيلي التي أنجز عنها ثلاثية تم تقديم الفيلم الأول منها " القدس باب المغاربة" خلال حفل تكريمه بالرباط الذي وظفت فيه عدة لقطات وافعية تعيد إلى الأذهان فظاعة جرائم الإسرائيليين المرتكبة في حق الأبرياء الفلسطينيين من مختلف الأعمار. تجدر الإشارة إلى أن عبد الله المصباحي (الدكالي) كان في كل هذه الإنجازات و المغامرات و في محنته مع المرض أيضا مؤازرا و مدعوما ماديا و معنويا من طرف أبنائه و زوجته (التطوانية) التي نشرت لها سابقا بعض القصص في مصر و التي تم تحويل البعض منها من طرف زوجها إلى أفلام سينمائية من بينها "أين تخبئون الشمس" على سبيل المثال.
