Media professional institutions in Morocco happen to sign many media conventions with too many countries including the United States . So, why don't responsible send digital,cinematic technicians and artists to seminars like to benifit from this high-tech creativities ? we are not surprised to know that simply because there are no true media responsibles who know about these training courses abroad or if they do ,they would send their wives,friends and relatives and you know what would be the bleeding the result .
