The Threshold is the story of a simple family in Morocco. The family goes through past historical moments in Moroccan history. The family is a manifestation of the Moroccan people – passionate, joyful and strong, living in a country that still trudges along to be developed.

Allal El Alaoui is a Moroccan director. He studied English in Morocco and Drama in the United Kingdom and is working as a national TV director in Morocco.

SWE: Allal El Alaoui är en marockansk regissör. Han studerade engelska in Marocko och drama i Storbrittianien – för närvarande arbetar han som direktör på marockansk nationell tv.
