Ministry of Communication's new strategy in Morocco :Digital Training

Minister of communication should take seriously digital training for CCM and SNRT technicians and starts , in stead to call for really evolutionized professionals from the states ( U S A) .
The french, INA, located in Paris, becomes an old-fashioned in training compared with The American institutions .Cinematographers,webdesigners and film editors in Morocco feel frustrated to see so many seminars given via Moroccan and U SA signed conventions, and nobody benifits from these marvellous opportunities apart from wives of Media responsibles and golden boys coming out from influence .Many say that INA ,now responsible to train Moroccan cinema editors either in SNRT and CCM is far away from professionalism and image editing ,states a film-director.
